BEHIND THE SCENES

- Side: Customer Service - Gave the quest-giver a quest-specific home location instead of leaving it up to the engine where they spawn, to address issues where the giver would make their home base in an existing location like Spark Baron HQ.
- Contract: Lieutenant for Lease - Addressed an issue where the Rise ambush would happen after the party encounter instead of before.
- Side: Flipping the Coins - Added the dislike post-icon to the convo option where you give up and abandon both Hebbel and Pengemunt, because choosing that option will make Pengemunt dislike you by failing the quest.
- Event: Meet Shel - This event now checks to make sure you don't already have a hireling as a precondition for spawning. Added the option to convince Shel to rethink her business strategy normally (without helpers) after letting the workers walk away. (This is to address issues where you'd be stuck either paying Shel's base fee or making her hate you because you already have a hireling and therefore can't pick two of the options.)

GRAFTS

- Mental Shielding: No longer triggers when core arguments are destroyed (because the negotiation is over anyway and applying the Composure just delays the ending animation).

THE BOG EXPEDITION

- Tweaked the algorithm that simulates what happened during the past bog expedition. This is so that the possible outcomes are more evenly distributed and less weighted towards the default encounters when important characters die.
-- Increased the maximum streak of the same outcome happening multiple runs in a row from 2 to 3.
-- During the Barons vs Rise skirmish, Rook is more likely to stay or swap sides than he is to abandon them both.
-- After the Barons vs Rise skirmish, the winner is more likely to spare the loser than kill them.
-- In the monster sanctum, Glofriam is significantly more likely to recruit his targets than kill them. (Unless it's Rook who just abandoned both factions, in which case he is only slightly more likely to recruit him.)
-- In the monster sanctum, if Rook and a faction leader arrived together, Glofriam is more likely to target Rook than the faction leader.
-- In the monster sanctum, if Rook and a faction leader arrived together and one of them is recruited, the remaining partner is significantly more likely to flee than die.

- Contract: What Lies Beneath - The monetary gift to Fellemo following the Rise cache encounter will no longer receive a relationship discount.

- Fellemo of the Bog: Slightly tweaked battle formation so that summoned drones aren't distractingly high up.

BEHIND THE SCENES

- Final Report: During the battle with Fellemo, helper effects now affect the entire team they're targeting, not just one fighter at random. "healthup" effect now applies 3 Mending. "wound" effect will apply 3 Static to Metallic enemies on the enemy team if they're helping Arint, or has a 50% chance of Stunning Metallic allies if they're helping Fellemo. "moraledown" effect will apply 5 Dazed to enemies that don't have morale and aren't surrendering. Slightly tweaked associated quips.
- Contract: What Lies Beneath - The agent in stage one of the delve can now be ordered to help you in exchange for a drop in opinion (as long as they're a worker or Baron - if they're a bilebroker, you're out of luck). If the helper dies during the stage two fight dies and you paid them to join you, you'll collect your money back. (If they die in the third stage, you don't take the money back - they still helped get you that far and it would be potentially extremely awkward besides.) If the lost agent is successfully rescued from the Rise or the Boggers (and their helper friend didn't die right before their eyes), they like you. If the lost agent is successfully rescued from the parasite cluster, whether by their friend taking them away or surviving the fight, they love you. Fellemo's base "cut" of the Rise funds increased to 150 shills (before relationship modifiers). Tweaked various option icons. Various dialogue tweaks.

UI

- Tweaked argument image flip method and boss slide animation flip method to use a more mod-specific naming convention.

FLOURISHES

- Hardened Heart: Level I now puts 2 cards in your hand and 1 in your draw pile (rather than the other way around). Increased Composure of level II cards to 6.
- Strength In Numbers: Changed effect to "All friendly arguments gain 2|3 stacks and 4|6 resolve. Bounties gain no stacks and twice as much resolve." Now also increases core argument's resolve.

NEGOTIATION

- Scruple: No longer flashes the argument icon in the center of the screen when it counts down 1 stack at the start of your turn.
- Proactive: Addressed an issue where if Composure was reduced to 0 due to banes, it would display X in the description instead of 0 while in your hand.

CHARACTERS

- NPC Rook Boss: Changed title from "Operative" to "Veteran." Reduced damage of death card (Twin Modified Pistols) from [6-8] to [4-6].
