-Hive and Nexus districts remove 1 maintenance job each but add more amenities to balance it (this is to avoid having too many pops wasted on these jobs and further increasing the value of unique planets)
-Wraith Kettle humans now have the hive minded trait (they wont be purged on hive worlds)
-Housing tech lvl 2 no longer adds maintenance drones to hive or machine empires

-Asuran no longer gets empire sprawl penalty from "Ancient Knowledge" tech
-Asurans and Replicators start with a machine assembly plant on new colonies (mostly to make the ai stronger, but also helps humans due to saved resource costs)
-Machine empires will only suffer 25% increased spawl from colonies (needed after colony sprawl was increased from 10 to 25)
-Machine empires no longer get an extra pop on colonization (no free pops, if anything colony ships should cost 1 pop to make)
-Asurans and Replicators can no longer unlock the machine worlds ascension perk (they can create them using nanites after their unique tradition tree is finished)
-Replaced some entries that decreased district sprawl (probably missed a few but will get to them as districts add 0 sprawl by default)
-Added destroy triggers to most racial buildings (like tauri will no longer utilize goauld breeding pods.. LOL)
-Locked several racial weapons behind other weapons (to avoid XL and T weapons showing up too early in the game)
-Added the option to install ZPM on ion cannons
-Added the option to install ZPM on starbases (since starbases have a fix cost it will go into the building slot and cost 3 ZPMs)
-Fixed orbital rings not having the option to equip sgu reactors

-Fixed branch office buildings showing up on the planetary building list
-Increased base sprawl cap to 150 from 100
-Decreased district spawl from 0.5 to 0
-Increased planet sprawl from 10 to 25
-Disabled all remaining vanilla PD unless "vanilla weapons trait" is selected

-Removed upkeep increase from several techs that gave low (10% or less) production bonus

-ecm edicts are now permanent
-removed "turn off ecm focus"
-removed "turn off science focus"
-goauld breeding facility is now destroyed if the owner is not goauld species
-removed empire sprawl penalty from ascension tech
-Ai will no longer pick "reenable vanilla weapons" trait
-Disabled nanite world decision on artificial worlds (should fix ringworld/habitat bugs)
-Fixed traits, now each trait is properly locked from modification and ascension cannot be picked from the list

-Changed Asgard Ion Cannon muzzle flash entity
-Planet Size Increase decision now unlocked with mega engineering tech
-Mastery of Nature AP now increases terraforming speed
-Readded the option to trade minor artifacts for a ZPM through the Stargate Trade decision
-SG teams now cost a monthly upkeep of 25 each
-Asgard Power Core X no longer reduces jump cooldown (their drives already had low cd and combined with this they were too mobile and almost never had the jumpdrive debuff applied)
-Asgard Power Core X provides 30 tracking instead
-Aux Targeting effectiveness halved from 20-> 10 (they were too good at what they did, for anti corvette fights S/M slot weapons and destroyers should be the first choice instead of XL/L slot)
-Traveler can now build anchorages
-Traveler can now build Energy Hubs (a better version of vanilla Solar Panel)
-Traveler starts with hydroponics tech (so they can get food from starbases)
-Trading hubs now only cost minerals upkeep to make alloys
-Traveler starbase limit increased by 10
-Basic Ship Salvage no longer gives mining drones (were useless and took up too much naval cap)
-Basic Ship Salvage energy cost 500->1000 mineral cost 500->0
-Advanced Ship Salvage now costs 250 Influence but it no longer gives Interdictors (were too slow and too weak for the price)
-Generation ships no longer cost influence to spawn
