ADDED:

Track Loader Block:
- Allows you to save track scans and bring them across worlds & upload to workshop

Instructions
Saving Track
- Successfully scan track with Track Scanner
- Place down normal block (concrete, wood, etc) in a memorable spot near/in track
- Place Track Loader down on top of block
- Press 'E' (Interact) to save track scan to block
- Delete normal block so that Track Loader block can be grabbed by lift (free floating)
- Save and name block like any other creation
Loading Track
- Place down normal block (concrete, wood, etc) in exact same spot you placed it last time
- Load your saved Track Loader Creation from lift
- Remove from lift and weld Loader on top of block (so it replicates previous save position)
- verify correct track placement using the node dots that will appear around the track
- Press 'G' (Upgrade) on Loader to save new Track layout, reload any existing cars to update their map

Changes:
- Track Scanner now uses top-down search to discover the start/stop line
- This means it should now scan properly on banked turns!


- Drastically increased normal downforce on cars (temporary)

Added:
SMAR Race Controller Tool
- With the SMAR Race Controller Tool is equipped, Press 'Q' to open a very crude GUI that will let you set the race flags of Red, Yellow and Green
- Current Race status is also shown
CURRENTLY IN BETA, may not always work

Race Status Logic Output
- Connect driver block to a vanilla logic gate
- Driver will output 1/true whenever the racing flag is green and 0/false when flag is not green (Yellow,white,red)
