Changed player CP so it's different difficulties
Tank AI now uses smoke
Changed AI Katys moving logic
Added hull down for tanks
Changed research stage for Nebelwerfer
Reworked divisions to be more historical
Added a gap between 30-35 minutes when AI doesn't spawn anything
Reduced easy difficulty AI CP values
Increased spawn invincibility time for AI

Lowered CP cost of elite units but increased their MP cost
Lowered CP cost of German AA flak guns since it was too high
Lowered Maxim CP cost since it was too high
Lowered Sniper CP cost to promote using it as an alternative to arty
Lowered CP cost of Nebelwerfers due them being vastly inferior to katys and give a choice between a lower CP nebelwerfer that use up a lot of ammo supply and higher CP howirzers that use less ammo supply
Added a radio truck that is required to use officer abilites. And on hard and heroic to have enemy units marked on the minimap
Reduced player army size
AI reinforcments when player is attacking now are much smaller and AI doesn't have infinte MP when defending
Reduced AI army size on attack
Risk factor now only changes the veterancy ot enemy units but not AI resources
Increased stealth perk gains. Units with that perk should be harder to spot now when squatting or crawling.
Fixed SU 100 having tessting low MP cost
Buffed ammo income from ammo missions

Supply trucks and ammo crates now can't resupply enemy equipment
Added 3 new divisions
Tweaked AI army CP values
Tweaked risk factor
New AI command system is implemented to make sure that AI never stays in place all battle long
Increased research points given for a win for hard difficulty

Increased gamelength. Now defense missions will take longer
Increased prepartion time to 12 minutes
Increased time to salvage enemy vehilcles if defended without losing any flags
Fixed COOP crash due to mine planting
Fixed COOP crash when calling smoke callin
Decreased CP cost of German HMGs to promote their usage while increasing their MP cost
Decreased CP cost of German infantry artillery guns to promote their usage

Changed starting budget for player. Now you need to wait some time before calling in everything but it's all within 1 minute
