Fixed wrong division

Division system has been added. Now AIs attacking forces may vary in unit roster and resembles real army compositions instead of being mishmash of random units.
Fixed MG having enormous crew bug
Fixed crash with the new patch
Removed faster speed for emplacements
Reduced CP cost of elite units
Increased CP cost of some lend lease vehicles
Increased amount of flags
Added a new mine detection view that also triggers when the mine is triggered (bug turned into a feature)
Ammo income from winning battles has been greatly reduced
Reduced all new call ins price
Crawled units will be a bit harder to hit
Greatly reduced amount of points given when you don’t hold all flags to discourage players from camping one point
Reduced Player’s army size
Increased battle starting budget so that the player now can call in all units at once
Increased payback
Added icons for new call ins
