Last cleanup update before any serious revisions. Going to go through and do the talent trees so its not just all vanilla talents mostly, even if there are some cute old talents mixed in.

This should be the last of the old rot, all clown stuff is also updated to PFA as it was missed earlier.

Quartermaster card was missing IDcard tag, all variant ID cards no longer sold at outposts, big oversight in using variants

Early morning dopple updattle.

-10 and -20 vitality removed from jobs. XO, Head security and Chief Medical get 5 vitality vs 10 for normal security/medical.

Most if not all talents should correctly apply to assistants such as Deputy.

Reworked talent lists and fixed missing talents on medic trees.

Should be last update for a bit unless I need to fix any assistant/inmate/janitor/passenger issues.

Removed grenade launcher and portable nuke.

ID cards all have proper names instead of ID_job

going to let this cook a little bit while I look into doing specific talents or whatever

1.9 BETA.

Massive overhaul. No LUA first off.

Diver removed, Diver AA and Diver job mod are both a little OP your choice if you want those extra job mods.

Jobs skills and talents closer to vanilla in almost all cases.

Most extra odd items changed or removed.

ID cards have DEFAULT clearance on them so HoS is Security not captain, All heads are their job type. If you use a submarine with old or funky ID tags its going to bug out so don't do that.

Vanilla jobs are as is the others are combinations of other classes and its meant for big boats with lots of crew.

All job clothing uses my PFA fork code to function, more pockets locked on tool bar.

No real new or reworked talents, had to just get everything to baseline for this release

Uniforms & Clothing
- All uniforms are pickable with the Use/E key
- Fixed burns to burn in chemist
- Fixed Watchmen sprite to show correct uniform and not error/clown
- Slightly adjusted the damage resists on the advanced diving mask

- fixed dumb red text from my dumb lua code
- Zealot Robes and Pirate clothes were still smallitem and not Storage_clothing, fixed thenks Draco
- changes to diver's uniforms changes include: balance tweaks and standardization to existing uniforms and headgear. Added descriptions with some lore references. adjusted scale of all items that were oversized, thanks Draco
- minor changes to clown items and uniforms draco
- cleanup and splittiong things from uniforms.xml
- fixed textures
