v3.0 Resprite

I hope you enjoy this resprite as I took a lot of time on it, more than I usually would. I bascially reworked her entire kit to be more focused on the petals more than quiver dance, if you want to play the old version I will have it up in it a bit, but enjoy.


If you want to know some of her major changes is that
her weight is higher 1.2 KBA -> 0.95 KBA
Her sprite is new
Basically all her moves are different
Pollen puff isn't transcendent anymore
Pollen puff is bigger and does more knockback
Petal dance is now up special and now functions as a recovery tool
Dspecial is now called Teeter Dance (it took over how the old petal dance work) w/ a projectile now
Fspecial is different and not basically the same projectile but stuns and colored orange

* The focus of the patch was to give Lilligant more range / better moves

Dair:
> New animation and hitboxes
- Start-up (12 > 13)
- End-lag (14 > 15)
- Lowered the vsp boost on hit (-3.5 > 2)
- Increased how long it took to get out of dair (frame 5 after window 2 to frame 10 after window 2)
* The move is slower but does slightly more knockback and damage

Fstrong & Dstrong:
> Added 1 frame of hit lockout to the petals
+ Made the petals transcendent
> It will default to using petals without charge, but if you do charge it, it will still give you the more powerful petals
* It gives her range without charging

Dstrong:
+ Extended range

Uspecial:
> Removed funny hitbox
- Removed the super boost
- Landing-lag (12 > 15)
* I may find a solution to her lack of mix-up in recovery

Rivals of fighters:
* As I am writing this the stage got released, I made minor changes to Lilligant's super duper epic special attack
- Drop the level down to 1 from 3
+ Lilligant uses her final smash now
+ Increased Fstrong and Dstrong Petal damage slightly (1 > 4)
* I did this because it didn't do a lot of damage and increased it to make Lilligant's strong not as bad in this gamemode
