Fstrong:
- Damage (9 > 8)
* Same reason as Dstrong
> When you charge the move it will give you slightly more range

Ustrong:
+ Slightly decreased the time charging before the powder gets a boost.

Dstrong:
+ Knockback slacing (0.8 > 0.9)
> When you charge the move it will give you slightly more range
* Due to that I decreased the damage a little, so it won't make it too much
> Endlag is changed for base on how long you charge it for (13, 18, 25)

Dtilt:
+ Mild Range increase

Ftilt:
> Lifetime (8 > 5)

Uspecial:
+ Decreased how much petals she needs to use the super boost (45 > 30)
- The super boost goes lower (20 > 17.5)
- No longer get increased kill power to the funny hitbox

Utilt:
+ Gave the move a projectile to make it feel better

Alts:
+ New rainbow alt
> Mario and luigi alts are merged together, early in the year is mario and later in the year is luigi
+ Added some seasonal alts, currently it's the pumpkin alt (Which was alreadly added), so it should change in the future

- Gave parry stun on Nspecial, Fspecial and Grounded Uspecial

Uspecial:
> If she has 30 petals or more she will be able to use it if she holds attack and it sends here really high
* It should help her to use her petals more
> The thing will send her into pratfall with an extended pratland time (16)
- Increased how long before she can jump out of Uspecial (frame 21 > frame 24)

Petals:
+ Increased max petals from 30 to 45
- On death if you have above 12 petals it will set it to 12 petals
> Fixed hud where it shows Fspecial's cooldown instead of Nspecial's

Rune H:
* Actually fixed the code this time.

Uspecial:
> Changed the hitbox to be like vivillon's
* It's pretty jointed, and kind of a stupid joke, so Idk if this will stay on the character for long.
+ Decreased endlag (30,40 > 24,30)
- Held takes 3 petals instead of 2
+ Increased how high you went when held. (-12 > 13.5)

Nspecial:
+ When you are above 15 petals it will do slightly more knockback slacing (0.35 > 0.45)

Uair:
+ Knockback (8,0.6 > 8.5,0.75)
* Wanted to make it kill more often. Though, I think it may be risky though
* Due to Uair's short range it would help it

Fair,Dair:
+ Landing-Lag (10 > 8)
* May help in some cases

Bair:
+ Base Knockback (7,0.6 > 8, 0.62)
- Landing Lag (7 > 9)
- End lag (12 > 14)
* I wanted Bair to kill earlier than Fair

Ftilt:
+ Base Knockback (7 > 7.5)
* Wanted it to kill slightly earlier

Ustrong:
+ If its charged it will send up the projectile higher
> I Think it would be funny and also a useful change to Lilligant

+ Level 3 and 4 have increased air friction (level 3 is 0.25 and level 4 is 0.30)
+ Decreased how fast you lost quiver normally (300% > 550%)

Quiver Dance:
+ It will speed up the healing cycle now

+ You can no longer attack cancel when you have no petals
+ Increased orange petal knockback to be slightly higher than the green ones

Quiver:
- When you are under level 2 it will not give you a damage boost
- Reduced the amount of extra damage you do (0.04 > 0.02)
- Reduced air speed For level 4 and 3
- Reduced wavedash speed for level 4
* I felt like the higher levels were too powerful, so I tried to make them less powerful
+ Reduced how much quiver you lose when the opponent hits you (5 > 4)
* It takes one extra hit to reduce Lilligant by 1 level.
> You get rewarded quiver for parries and get punished if you got parried.

Ftilt:
- It has parry stun now

Synthesis:
- The limit of healing points you can get is now 10

> Removed the debug option at the start of the match
> Added a unpolished dubug thing that should only work in practice mode
* Tell me if it effects the normal mode, so I can fix it
