v2.0 Specials Update

!New Thing - Before the game starts if you press taunt, Lilligant will use her voice when attacking or when she gets hit

General:
! 2 NEW ALTS
> Fixed / Touched up on some animations
> Mild A.I improvements
+ Added final smash support
* Btw, the Final smash gets a damage boost while quiver mode is active.
* I may update the super thing in
+ FSpecial & USPECIAL won't steal from the meter anymore
- She won't get 5 health back on kill (Excluding rune M)
- extra invincible is no longer a thing (Excluding rune H)
- Prat fall accel (1.05 > 0.85)
- Prat Land Time (8 > 10)
- Removed death sound.

Quiver:
- Max Quiver reduced to 100 (from 135)
- While active it will drain quicker
- Hitting attack no longer fill up her meter (Note that some runes still have this)
+ On death she lose 20% of your meter instead of 30% of your meter (New stats conversion = 40%)
+ On kill she get a 20% of the meter filled instead of 11% (New stats conversion = 15%)
+ Damage During it increased (0.03 > 0.04)
+ Air speed increased while quiver mode is active (.01 > .015)

Nspecial:
! New Animations
> Redesigned the entire move.
> Move is now a projectile instead of an article
* She gets petals by doing a smooth dance.
* everytime she turns around she gets 3 petals
* If She holds attack, don't hold special, or she is in the air. It will shoot out the petals.
* She starts with 6 petals
* If She holds down attack, it will shoot out more projectiles, but with more cooldown.
* The max amount of petals she can hold is 30 (basically an average AR in an FPS)

Dspecial:
+ Increased how fast she gets quiver.
- Less movement in the air

Uspecial:
> Animation edited
> Bug fixes
- No longer can charge
- Goes lower
+ No longer goes into pratfall
+ Projectile start speed (0.01 > 2)
- Projectile is weaker

Fspecial:
+ Cooldown decreased (580 > 560)
- If she is too high it will start falling
- Hitbox lifetime (15 > 8)
> I edited some things to prevent camping

Dattack:
- Angle (40 > 45)
- Base knockback (8 > 7.5)

Dstrong:
- Sweetspot angle (40 > 45)
- Sourspot Base knockback (7.5 > 8)

Dtilt:
- Range slightly decreased
> The move is less disjointed

Utilt:
- Knockback growth (.5 > .3)
> Made it so it is more likly to combo
* It didn't follow up at low percents, now it is at a higher %

Ustrong:
> Fixed animation
> Replaced the projectile to be more clear
- Gave the move cooldown (0 > 30)
+ Decreased endlag (17 > 14)
+ Projectile lifetime (62 > 80)
- The projectile uses gravity
- Damage [Includes both hits] (13 > 10)
- knockback growth (1 > 0.9)
- Less Vspeed (3.5 > 1)

> Improved the teleport code

Quiver:
+ On death you lose less quiver (60% > 40%)
+ Increased wavedash speed a little more.
> There is now a speed cap when quiver is active.

Jab:
+ She can now an attack if she hits jab 1
> You can use strongs
- Decreased Jab1's hitstun so the opponent can react to strongs (1.10 > 0.7)
* Made this change so Lilligant has more combo options
* Strongs aren't true combos

Fair:
- Hitstun (1.05 > 1.00)
+ Hitbox 1 knockback (7 > 7.5)
+ Hitbox 2 knockback (6.5 > 7)

Ftilt:
+ endlag (16 > 12)
+ start up (9 > 7)
+ Base knockback (6.5 > 7)

Utilt:
+ Start up (9 > 7)
+ Landing Lag (7 > 5)
+ End lag (10 > 9)
* I made the move more useful

Fspecial:
+ cooldown (600 > 580)
+ Costs less [Not held, held] (5,7 > 3,5)

+ Increased sweetspot range

Fstrong:
+ precharge start-up (14 > 12)
+ sweetspot range increased (22,22 > 30, 30)

* Fstrong's range should make more sense now

Dstrong:

Quiver Mode:
+ Increased hitpause when an attack lands
- Damage boost was decreased for sweetspots (4% > 3%)
+ Knockback is slightly increased for some moves
* This may be a risky change

Nair:
- Knockback decreased
+ Start-up (7 > 6)
+ Landing Lag (8 > 5)
* Nair's Landing lag was bullcrap so now it isn't
> I reworked nair to be more of a combo-ender/get off me move

Dair:

Ftilt:

> Tried to make it less like an aerial strong where you can move
* Hopefully this change doesn't make the move useless

Fstrong:
- Sweetspot Damage (12 > 9)

Parry:
+ Parries don't get weaker from whiffs anymore
on successful parry:
- Decreased the time you are invincible (180 > 120)
- You will get only 30 extra frames of invincibility while quiver mode is active
> Parries get weaker for every successful parry until you die

Quiver meter:
+ Made it so if you aren't in hitstun your meter will fill up
- Increase the time the meter filled up while doing nothing (70% > 160%)
* You don't have to stand to gain the meter anymore
