General Changes
Added more orders of Battle done by Tran for various nations.
Integrated Legion of Hades expanded by Tran that improves the Legion of Hades focus tree path for Legion.
Integrated focus tree changes by Tran that makes the Ouroboros tree stronger.
Integrated Caps Decisions + by Scatterman that adds several new decisions for nations that can be purchased with caps.
Added various updates to Integrated Submods.

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that prevented Motorized from being considered vehicles for supply lines.

Update 4/5/2022: "Logistics, Late Game, and You"

General Changes
Integrated the Continuous Focus submod by Striker Eureka and Tran, adds several continuous focuses to pick from after you run out of useful stuff to pick from in your focus tree.

Unit Changes
Most Battalion supply usage raised by 50-100%, the supply usage was far too low before (Lower than Base Game OWB), especially after the supply changes in NSB and OWB adding Level 5 Roads to most areas, it allowed nations to survive with several stacks of units for a decent time while encircled.

Update 4/4/2022: "Fire Emblem: Three Houses"

General Changes
Integrated @tran's OWB Improved Traits Mod which changes most of the perks to have more competitive bonuses with on another, so that there is more choice in how to specialize your unit leaders and you don't feel that you have to redraw Unit Leaders until you get one without bad traits.
Operation Sunburst Preparation no longer lowers or raises Reinforce Rate.

Country Changes
Removed Scrappers Compact Tribal Tech access. Scrappers still have access to both Settler and Tribal recruitment Laws to distinguish that they have both people within their territory.
Gave Scrappers Compact various Civilized Technologies to make up for the above change.
Gave Scrappers Compact various new starting technologies to address the two above changes.

Changed Scrappers Compact focuses "Scrap Anything and Everything" and "Salvaging New Weapons" to unlock Sophisticated technologies instead of Civilized Technologies since they already have them with the above changes.
Changed gained Preparation bonus for Operation Sunburst on the Mojave Chapter focus tree focus "Paladins of the Mojave" from 10% to 5%.

General Changes

Country Changes
Added 1 Research Slot to Cowboy Countries on Game Start.
Added 1 Research Slot to Scrapper's Compact on Game Start.
Granted Mojave Chapter Sophisticated Air Technology on Game Start.
Buffed Crimson Acolytes overall Special Forces modifiers from 20% to 30%.

Focus Changes
Changed gained Preparation bonus for Operation Sunburst on the Mojave Chapter focus tree focus "Spears from the Sun" from 25% to 10%.

Unit Changes
Elite Units now properly benefit from Radios.
Gave Chariots a 10% penalty to battalion Soft Attack, Hard Attack, Breakthrough, and a 75% penalty to battalion Air Attack.

Equipment Changes
All Fighter Energy Cell Consumption is now halved compared to it's original value.

Technology Changes
Each Radio Tech now grants 1% coordination, and each Research (Circuitry) tech now grants .5%, With 2% on the first and last Radio Tech, and 1% on the first and last research tech.
Tribal Doctrine bonuses now properly apply to Elite Unit Variants.
Special Forces gear passive bonuses now apply to all category_light_special_forces instead of Spec Ops only.

Bug Fixes
Fixed a Lanius's Cohort bug that prevented some focuses from appearing.
Fixed a bug that prevented Base Game Formables from appearing in certain nations.
Fixed a bug that prevented the Chosen One from appearing as a Field Marshall on game start.
Fixed a bug that prevented new idea from appearing from the "Shock Companies" focus in NCR's focus tree.
Fixed a issue with outdated code in the Research Doctrines that allowed the AI to instantly research them granted they had enough Army EXP instead of properly boosting the research by a number of days.
Fixed several cases in Hidden Techs where Nation Specific Bonuses did not apply to Elite Variant battalions.

Removed Unique Puppet Names from the colored puppets mod, puppets are still colored in a similar fashion to their overlord country.
