Version 1.23

+ Back air reworked into a double-hit move, similar to Smash Link bair

- Up air animation, hitbox and hurtbox adjusted slightly (Tipman doesn't reach quite as far below)

+ Nspecial now has angle 270 after Senor launches off it
- Nspecial now has a speed multiplier when parried

* A number of small changes to clean up the code and improve performance (thanks Mr. Nart!)
* A couple of other minor hurtbox adjustments

+ Nair animation & smear adjusted, increased width of hitbox and shifted forward slightly to match
