[Menu version] Fixed George A. Romero not spawning in Call of the Dead custom map (pre-game pause for applying settings will not prevent George from spawning)
Fixed Medi Gun sometimes not being able to detect a target to heal
Fixed buildables' idle sound permanently playing if buildable is retrieved immediately upon placing
Fixed Toolbox's put-away animation bugged when switching to some specific types of weapons
Updated RNGat, Tau Cannon, and Meat Hook for compatibility with future projects (no visually noticeable changes)
Updated Borrowed Time, Ring of Fire, RNGat, and Tau Cannon's visual effects
Updated how players burn when touching RNGat's Magmagat blobs without affecting other custom Magmagats

Fixed Path of Sorrows (customized) and its upgrade not killing Insanity Elementals, Keepers, and R.A.P.S. when outside of Chronosphere
Ring of Protection now attempts to kill instead of delete enemies within it to prevent accidentally deleting important limited enemies
Updated custom weapon hints
Newly displayed custom weapon hint no longer disappears almost immediately if the last weapon hint has not disappeared

Further reduced the amount of custom HUD elements to increase compatibility with custom maps
Moved Toolbox's HUD to prevent being blocked by Shadows of Evil's default HUD
Fixed Medi Gun and its upgrade attempting to disable Rainbow Star invincibility
Player using the Medi Gun or its upgrade now receives points when the healed player gains points
Fixed minor issues that usually do not happen during normal gameplay
