v4.8:
->Readjusted the holding position of guns. Fixed tiny pixel offsets and origin point rotation misalignments.
->Rewritten the code for staves, they are now aligned with the player's arm position.
->Added Nebula Arcanum to the smooth item rotation blacklist. Did not knew it used special code for its hold animation.

->Added a visual scope blacklist in the config.
->Fixed visual scopes rendering when hanging on rope.
->Rewritten the code for vanilla's hold out offset. This mod should now replace it with its own implementation to fix many bugs regarding certain items.
->Optimized the code for nocked arrows due to it causing a lot of client-side lag.

->Fixed players not having a "bobbing" animation like in the 1.4.3 version of the mod.
->Changed the way "Draw Swords" setting work. It now has a custom holding animation as supposed to holding the sword forward.
