Slighty reduced shock weakness on Gigas.

Increased Gigas summon cost.
Added rituals that allow for transportation and returning from celestial plane at tier 3 ritual.
Slighty buffed giant spawn rate for Condemner.
Gigas is now weak to shock damage to emulate Zeus' thunderbolts
Keres are now ethereal

Caved in and gave Cyclops warriors and chiefs a great club. Originally omitted for balance.
Giant hoplites have stronger weapons.
Cyclops warrior costs a little bit more.
