Added a setting to skip the state religion setting displayed for each creation of a colonial state.
Select religion per Creation--Manually select the state church per creation as before. (Default)
Adapt to overlord--All created nations will be adapted to the overlord (this is the default setting for AI)
Select Religion of Target Capital province--The religion of the capital province of the target nation is set as the state religion.

You can now select the subject type. You can also change it later.
Subject Type Selection at Creation--You can select a subject type at creation. (default)
Crown Colony--Continues to be a colony.
Private Enterprise--Leviathan required
Self Governing Colony--Leviathan required
Commercial Enterprise--Domination required
Trade Protectorate--Domination required

The decision is now colored. This makes the decision to Colonize It!
