v 1.8: changed burn chance/damage for flamethrower due to feedback.
now 100% chance to burn for 1-2 damage, instead of 60% chance to burn for 2-3 damage

swapped Wotc_apa_defensivemine for wotc_apa_defensivemineawc - functionally the same ability, except AWC version does not mention Explosive Ordnance in it's localisation, which is a proficiency perk Combat engineers do not have.

as it's only a localisation issue, rebuilding is completely optional.

localisation and bugfixes

Update 1.6: Shield HP is now not granted at rank up, but at Proficiency Level, +2 per level (for 2/4/6 @ prof1/2/3). This change was made because ablative shield hp given at rank up doesn't refresh every mission, whereas ablative shield hp granted by perks does.

Mini Kinetic Plating also no longer provides 2 'empty' shield hp on top of the 2 shield hp it already provides. This means regen will only start once shield has been reduced below it's maximum.
