  • Added -10 Crime to Order 2. Removed Pop Ethics Shift Chance and reduced Governing Ethics Attraction from 100% to 50%.
  • Merged the Ingenuity 1 and 2 perks. Renamed both perks in localization.
    • Ingenuity 1 now proviced +25% Hull HP and +50 Engineering Research from Power Projection.
    • Ingenuity 2 now provides +25 Armor Hardening.
  • Added localization for planet_soldiers_engineering_research_produces_add, planet_soldiers_physics_research_produces_add, and planet_soldiers_society_research_produces_add
  • Added three new jobs; Commando (specialist), Commander (ruler), and Commando Drone (complex drone).
  • Added a new tooltip to Police State - civic_police_state_effects.
  • Added new planetary decision. - osa_decision_millitary_moonbase and osa_decision_millitary_moonbase_decom.
  • Added new districts to support Military Moonbase.

  • Increased production of the Ranger job by +1 Unity and +1 Society Research.
  • Integrated support for Planetary Diversity - Reworked Terraforming.

  • Resolved an issue that allowed leaders to gain more levels than intended from the Academy tradition tree.

  • Renamed the Cybernetic tree to Nanobiotics.
  • Added the ability to take evolutionary mastery with any of the other ascension paths.
  • Reduced -50% modify species to -25% on all tradition trees to prevent free species modification.
  • Added a 10% research from jobs bonus to compensate.
  • Minor buffs to the Politics and Domination tradition trees to bring them up to balance standards
  • Improved the civics added with the Toxoids DLC to bring them up to balance standards
  • Rewrote the Culture Worker ethos specific bonuses to prevent excessively high stats (happiness, amenities, and housing)
  • Added Improved Holy Covenant trade conversion to the Commerce tradition tree
  • Updated all localization files to account for the new tradition tooltip format.
