  • Increased Physics and Society Research from +1 per 100 sprawl to +1 per 25 sprawl for the Metaphysical Analytics Nodes civic.
  • Increased Engineering Research from +1 per 100 sprawl to +1 per 25 sprawl and Alloys from +1 per 50 sprawl to +1 per 25 sprawl for the Ore Processing Heuristics civic.
  • Increased Unity from +1 per 50 sprawl to +1 per 10 sprawl for the Unified Nexus Processing civic.

  • Increased the Unity output on Catalytic Processing from +1 to +2 per Metallurgist
  • Added +10 Base Exotic Gases output to the Toxic Baths civic
  • Drastically increased the bonuses provided by the Ascensionist civic
  • Increased the habitability bonus from +5% to +10% and added +25 housing to the Ascetic civic
  • Minor additional stat buffs on several Gestalt civics in order to bring them in line with standards

  • Initial compatibility update for Stellaris 3.7.3.
  • Splendor 5 - Base Intel reduced from +20 to +10. Added +1 Cloaking Detection.
  • Galactic Reconnaissance - Base Intel reduced from +30 to +20. Added +1 Cloaking Detection and +1 Cloaking Strength.

  • Increased the pop growth from Mutagenic Spas from +1% to 2.5% for all three civic types.
  • Increased the number of Mercenary Enclaves for Private Military Academies from +1 to +2.
  • Corrected an error in the Corporate Hedonists effects localization tooltip.
  • Increased the job weight for Pearl Divers. This should prevent the vanilla bug where soldiers cause Pearl Divers to demote.
  • Added 1 High Priest job per 25 pops and +10% priest output to the Gospel of the Masses civic.
  • The Trading Posts civic now affects Starbases as well as research stations.
  • Added +25% Hostile Claim Influence cost and increased added Influence from +1 to +1.5 for the Cutthroat Politics civic.
  • Increased edict fund from +150 to +250 and Unity from Soldiers from +2 to +4 for the Imperial Cults civic.

  • Reduced all -25% empire size civics to be -20% empire size.
  • Increased Unity Output on the Bastion of Oppression civic from +15% to +20%.
  • Configured Sovereign Courts to establish factions 30 days after game start.
  • Removed all civic stacking restrictions from Astro Universities.
  • Increased leader max level +1 to be +2 on multiple civics.
  • Increased Naval Capacity on the Citizen Service civic from +20% to +25%.
  • Added +1 Physics and +1 Engineering Research from soldiers for the Warrior Culture civic.
  • Added Unity from Farmers +2 to the Agrarian Idyll civic.
  • Diplomatic weight increased from +10% to +15% on the Diplomatic Corps civic (and Gestalt/Megacorp variants).
  • Added +1 Scientist Starting Level to Insight 1.
  • Added +1 Ruler and Governor Starting Level to Compassion 2.
  • Added +1 Admiral Starting Level to Naval Ascendancy 2.

  • Resolved a localization tooltip error with Exploration 3 and Exploration 4 (tooltips were backwards).
  • Resolved a localization issue with a Cybernetics tree overwrite.
  • Added Research from Starbase Constructions to Radiance 4, Insight 1, and Exploration 4 traditions.

  • Added +25% Pop Upkeep to Encourage Planetary Growth.
  • Increased the duration of Encourage Planetary Growth from 10 years to 25 years.
  • Corrected a localization issue with the Reeducation - None policy setting.
  • Added scaling pop upkeep based upon total empire size. (+25% pop upkeep per 500 empire size)
    • Looking for feedback on how this performs. I am attempting to use this as a way to improve the value of food as a resource over time.
  • Replaced the +150% Faction Influence Gain Illustrious Statesmen with +100% Faction Output.
  • Resolved an issue with taking the Genetics Tradition tree after taking another ascension path.
  • Added +25% Shield Hardening to Insight 5. Renamed the perk from Overcharged Weaponry to Overcharged Emitters
  • Added Ship Disengagement Chance +10% and Ship Disengagement Opportunities +1 to Splendor 1
