- Shadowflight duration decreased from 30 seconds to 22 seconds
- Shadowflight Speed buff amount decreased from 25% to 15%
- Shadowflight Charge Bonus buff amount increased from 20% to 25%
- Shadowcloak Ward Save buff amount decreased from 65% to 50%
- Shadowcloak duration decreased from 24 seconds to 15 seconds

Vengeance (Arcane Phoenix)
- Vengeful Aura Melee Attack debuff reduced from -8 to -6
