Added old Soviet humanskins, headwear and bodywear (no config files - don't attempt spawning).

This is likely the final update. Maintaining this mod has been a long journey, but as the mod grew up in size considerably since its release, the content bloat became simply unbearable - the mod will be kept as a resource for modders to use, but don't expect any more additions or improvements.

After (almost) 2 months straight of no updates I'm finally here to do something nobody asked for!

Added a late war Soviet officer with blue pants, based on one of the Legacy textures (the skin itself is based on a BETA model).
Fixed:
- M1935 Gymnastyorkas.
- Soviet tank officer jumpsuits.

All breeds now work correctly after the removal of some humanskins. On that note, several legacy Soviet humanskins were removed.
Added some textures from the base texture package (which no longer has them).

Highlights:
- New WSS winter Parkas.
- Many new helmet covers for the Germans (mainly WSS camos, but also a few WH ones).
- Reworked Peadot camo for custom retextures (it's not in higher resolution, but also is a bit darker (not really a feature though, it's just that the uniform (Panzerwrap) I took this from had a different specular map which made it appear much brighter on the original).

Fixed WH and WSS Panzerjaeger Hauptmann's Waffenfarbe.
