Added:
- Implemented unused BETA MP humanskins and added new breeds where necessary (Germany, all war periods).

Note:
breedconfig.pak is, as of now, defunct, because due to the work on all the breeds, I have decided to keep them unpacked for now (don't worry, they'll be packed in the future, it's just temporary until I'm done with implementing unused humanskins (which might take a while)).

Changed:
- Pea Dot-camouflaged M43 field cap is no longer a separate item, and the unused texture was applied to the normal camouflaged M43 field cap (found in the _outdated category), which in itself is a duplicate of the outdated M43 field cap (likely to censor the camo).

Fixed:
- Missing localization for late war Luftwaffe field division troops.

Added:
- Implemented even more unused textures, this time for the Finns.

Removed:
- Unused Soviet main tank officer humanskin - it was converted so that the unused texture is now used by a base game humanskin, namely the tank lieutenant (since it used the base tankman texture, but is now using the correct tank officer texture).

- Implemented a few more unused textures on current skins (namely faces).

Removed:
- Unused SP Legacy Soviet 1943 machine gunner humanskin because it was redundant; Its texture was moved to the normal Legacy skin.

Added:
- Did I add something? Because I can't remember... Well, maybe some breeds for the BETA categories, but that's all.

Removed:
- Duplicate and redundant humanskins and headgear (in particular, Fallschirmjaeger blue helmet cover is now implemented for the vanilla duplicate of the Splittertarn helmet cover (camo_blue)).
- A few humanskins from the unused Legacy categories because they didn't actually implement any unused textures, and only cluttered the humanskin list.

Fixed:
- Unused 1943 Legacy Soviet lieutenant used the same name as the base Legacy one.

Changed:
- Implemented unused BETA humanskins (part 1 - only base SP ones (although there are 2 more remaining, for which I can't really find any suitable way to implement), MP to follow up later).

Tweaked:
- Standardized unit names in localization - you'll no longer find squads of mixed Heer and Waffen-SS soldiers. Late war MP is now just WSS, with (almost because of the Brandenburgers) no Heer and only limited Luftwaffe field division troops/pilots.

Added:
- Replaced the German medic helmet texture with a custom one, featuring a red cross painted on a white background (based on the original 2015 images of GOH German medics). Feedback is welcome.

Tweaked:
- German 1944 summer breeds for NCOs/COs now use the correct WSS rank names (in localization).
- Also attempted to fix a few other localization issues, but to no avail (ended up with just renaming one file). Only relevant to the sub-mods.

Tweaked:
- Localization for the original Petrovka mission now specifies the player's unit (II SS Panzer Corps).
