added back accidentally removed bugfixes and made element emit scale with stack count, also added base chance to breakthroughs.

these are the accidentally removed fixes that were added back:
* Assign elements to cultivators from old saves.
* fixed qi amount being set to 0 on save load
* fixed random cultivators random qi amount when spawned.

changed the defs of all items, all research, and most hediffs to contain AS_ before the actual name. This will delete items from old saves but massively improves compatibility with other mods.

* removed forgotten cultivation time schedule def leftover from rework beta(they are hardcoded so my def will do nothing)
* Assign elements to cultivators from old saves.

fixed qi cost displayed for abilities, used to show 100x the actual cost.

increased cast time on qi heal to 30s

increased qi feed cost to 10k qi

reduced qi ressurection cooldown from years to 3 days
increased qi ressurection cost from 77 to 100k

increased qi spirit sword ability costs

added tooltips to realms in cultivation tab showing info on current realm / description of current realm.

added description of improvements in body realms description/tooltip

qi heal can now heal the caster

dao feed added back as Qi Feed, dubs bad hygine compat included.

fixed a harmless error relating to old removed dao pool

Removed old legacy items from the very first versions of the mod(years old) that do not fit the cultivation theme:
removed god-speed and the associated research projects and recipes
removed soulferium and the associated research projects and recipes
removed soulfuel and the associated research projects and recipes

fixed default mod setting chance value
fixed manifest spirit sword not appearing on randomly generated cultivators

exercise now gives 10 + 1% cultivation on body realm

breakthrough button now no lonnger appears at max realm

tribulation and exercise now 4 hours instead of 6

breakthrough is now 7 hours

increased qi ressurection cost by slightly more than double

fixed qi cost for qiheal and qibullet

tribulation now costs 20+5% max qi, and gives 10 + 1% cultivation on essence realm.

tribulation label now says how much conversions are left.

physical qi is cheaper but produces 3 instead of 7

fixed bug where max progress on realms was reset to 100 after loading/restarting the game.

technique ablities should now always show, but you cant toggle them on/off the pawn unless you can control the pawn

technique ablities should now be stored properly , you might need to start a new save though. (this means technique tab is fixed now)

updated ascension pill description, it cant generate 250 qi because it does that at awful quality and it explodes at awful quality.
removed dev log meseges from testing abilities accidentally left in
changed damage type for explosion when going over max qi from flame to bomb.
nerfed explosion radius scaling from how much max qi, cause big boom scary now that it isnt flame. was devided by 50, now by 200

ingestible sources of qi (golden pills, physical qi)should now generate the first body and essence realms on a pawn if they do not have them.
