fixed golden pill tier 5 using alcohol chemical for tolerance. Now uses GoldenPillTV chemical for tolerance.

golden pills now use thier own IngestionOutcomeDoer(_GoldenPill) when giving Ascendant Foundation instead of IngestionOutcomeDoer_GiveHediff . When making a new golden pill you must define the tier in the xml properties for the new setting to work with your pill (for example: <tier>6</tier> if you want to make a tier 6 golden pill)

added settings option for golden pills to give the same tier of foundations as its tier, along with a warning that enabling this option will make foundation building extremely easy. Credit to Gazzoose™ for his Ascension+ mod helping me realize that this is probably something some people would want.
