• Fixed error regarding the litter-size of upcoming Half-Seren

• Fixed bug where seren would have human skin and hair color if Biotech wasn't installed.
  
• Fixed bug where the head was being weird and not spawning correctly.
  
• Adjusted the frequency of seren skin genes so that regular pawns would not spawn with them as often.

• Added two scenarios when you use Roo's Minotaur Xenotype Expanded: Seren-Minotaur Cooperation and Orphaned Seren.

• Added fertility curves for male and female seren to match their lifespan.
  
• Added a temporary fix to stop the hoards of seren from spawning from each faction. I'm pretty sure I figured out what was causing it, now I just need to figure out why.
