General:
Moved sfx closer to the when the move comes out

Fspecial:
Increased projectile hitbox size for Fspecial a little bigger so it can hit from its tail better
Increased hitbox size & raised the hitbox when riding the Tasque

Jab:
Start up 9 (12) -> 7 (9)
Can cancel into tilts now (Unless you hold it)
The first hit of jab can be used as a parry bait
Non-tipper KBS 0.015 -> 0
* Reworked jab to actually function like a Jab (Granted it is not as good of a jab but whatever)

Fstrong:

Tipper Damage 13 -> 14
Endlag 18 -> 19

Dstrong:

* Fixed late hit doing less damage despite doing having more kbs

* Since Tasque's Nair range got nerfed I felt like it would be a bit more reasonable to make it slightly quicker

Edited hitpause for some moves, to make her gameplay feel faster

Fair:
Tipper KBS 0.7 -> 0.8

Utilt:
Non-tipper Drift 1.3 -> 1.1

Dtilt:
KBS 0.4 -> 0.2

Bair:
Sour BKB 6.8 -> 7

Fstrong:
Tipper KBS 0.95 -> 1.15
* I feel the amount of spacing you need to do to get it feels reasonable

Nspecial:
C drift 1 -> 0.5 (I wanted drift to less affect if TM gets a combo off or not)
A Extra hitpause 10 -> 5 (To function more like a poking/annoy tool)
A Hitstun 0.5 -> 0.8

Tipper:
Inital hitpause 16 -> 20
Amount of tippers before it returns to normal hitpause 3 -> 7
It drops 3 hitpauses frames per tipper instead of 4
* Even though this looks like a big buff it isn't really.

Munophone:
Added a Cheat for Nspecial

If a tasque is force destroyed by something not in her control it won't spit out errors, which should make her less buggy in certain gamemodes

If a Tasque hits a wall on the ground it will bounce up and run the other way

* Did this because it would spit out a lot of errors it the hitbox died manually + There were a lot of bugs if the Tasque tried to bounce off a wall normally

* I decided to go back on the non-tipper not killing because It made her pretty weak, Though tipper is much better still
