Finally stopped being lazy and fixed the letter being flipping when facing left

Decrease the time for the stale to kick in
Numbers in frames things in the Parentheses are how many times it loops
stale to 2 damage 120 (15) -> 64 (8)
stale to 1 damage 304 (38) -> 128 (16)
stale to techable 600 (75) -> 240 (30)
added a stale cooldown, so she couldn't just reset the stale

Bair:
Has slightly more hitpause slacing 0.5 -> 0.65

Slight bumped up the max height that the tasque bounce at when off ledge

If off the stage the tasque will go slightly higher to prevent itself from banging into the ledge so often
If the Tasque vsp is between 0.6 && -0.6 it will do the full jump like if it was at 0
Slightly increased the damage increase cap from 4 to 6 extra damage

If a tasque is out you can flip it around but it gets a slight cooldown before you can spawn another tasque

Can get out of the move 3 frames earlier if you hit the opponent

No longer a Neutral Tilt
