Damage no longer based on what charge you're at. It's based off of time so the longer the attack is out the worse damage it does

Full Stale Damage 1 (2 at 120 frames and 1 at roughly 304 frames)

ANOTHER REWORK YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY

Uspecial & Fspecial:
Combined into one move
Fspecial is the moving one and Uspecial is the jump one.
Cooldown is 45 frames

Uspecial:
Slightly slower start up but goes slightly higher -12 -> -15
Stall in the air for a bit.

Fspecial:
Now has endlag when you jump off the tasque
When the tasque hits something it disappears

Nspecial:
Added a thing where if you hold attack then she will do the whip part
Now it checks if the opponent is in super armor
D Angle 60 -> 45
D KBS 0.2 -> 0.3
D BKB 6 -> 7
B hitpause 15 -> 20

Dattack:
Made it easier to hit sweetspot

Made it easier to hit sweetspot
