Fixed errors in the About folder. Mod dependency and load order now correctly reflect adjusted updated mod list.

1.4 Update
Removed reflection in the DBH and VHE compatibility modules for improved performance
Made DBH water quality persistent across maps, tankers can now contaminate nets if their quality is worse
Tankers loaded with clean water can also clean empty(!) tanks, but will not clean partially filled (untreated or contaminated) tanks
Connecting a (powered) water filtration unit to the tanker's net will automatically clean it, no extra steps required
