The Ultimate Update. (Probably under me anyways)

After almost 3 years in development, I hope it was worth the wait (evidently wasn't for quite a few people).

Changed:

- Molotov Cocktail to Petrol Bomb (also made it craftable as a contraband weapon but a lot weaker)
- Heavily nerfed salvageable items

Removed:

- Harpoon Coilcannon (too gimmicky and isn't all that much powerful than the normal coil-rifle)
- All Fractal Weapons (were a carryover from legacy EHA, were too gimmicky and don't fit the current in-lore aliens)
- Gaston (Pointless)
- Karabiner (Pointless)
- Quality from submission batons
- Most conversations and voicelines (too many people don't like them)

Removed tourniquet (Antibiotic glue has made it almost entirely redundant)

Nuclear Armaments. . .

Added:

- Nuclear Explosive (used in most high yield nuclear weapons now)
- Anti-Sub Nuclear Grenade

Changed:

- Made 40mm mini nukes craftable within ammo fabricators
- Resounded small nuclear explosions
- Increased prices of WMDs
- Resprite to Avtomat and Pulemyot
- Minor resprite to Incendiary and Preso Latex Anti-Sub Grenades
- Buffed Surplus HMG a small amount
- Changes to some Anti-Sub grenade explosion damages and ranges
- Removed ability to purchase Prototype Oppressor Heavy Pistol

- Optimized chemical weapons (overall spawn less emitters however have larger radii, they also have distinctive particle effects, also changed devils breath grenade sprite)

- Revamped Incendium and Acid grenades (former creates fires slower but generally longer area denial and acid grenades have a large, lingering hull damaging cloud)

Large scale price changes (DU railgun shells are mainly Separatist now and most prices now make a bit more sense)

Removed Infil Covert AR magazine (redundant), optimized Vanguard and Infil suit buffs, gave their helmets a minor resprite and fixed AMR FMJ cartridges requiring both Coalition and Separatist rep to buy
