Update 1.4.5

Added integration with "Biomes! Islands", allowing the plants and animals from the island biomes to spawn on any coastal landform. This feature is optional and disabled by default, you can enable it in the mod settings. Animal and plant spawning can be controlled separately.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed some minor issues in map generation code
- Fixed landforms not being able to spawn on world tiles with very high rainfall amount
