Quick fix for a NoAdvisorType advisor appearing in Verkal Gulan instead of an Army Organizer. Did you know that Army Organizer is spelled with a "z" in game, yet internally it is spelled with an "s" as in army_organiser? Very fun, thank you Paradox.

Also figured out how to add static artifice capacity through monument effects, so that's gonna be fun. Added 3 to Strongbellow Academy and 5 to the Vaulthold (since Vaulthold is harder to get to for most nations), each upon T3 upgrade. It shows up as a "mission reward" when you hover over the artifice capacity decision thing where it lists where you're getting your capacity from rather than the monument name since it's much more lightweight that way.

A temp effect for Grozumdhir, a slight buff to Earthseed, A temp effect and buff for Ovdal Lodhum, and a change from land maintenance to a more appropriate autonomy reduction in Haraz Oldrum. Everything should be compatible with ongoing saves.

Added more interesting T3 temp effect to Orlghelovar and Arg-Ôrdstun, and fixed a typo in an effect description.

Added better T3 temp modifiers to Earthseed, Ovdal Kanzad, and the Asra Bank, as well as slightly buffing the Asra Bank and slightly nerfing Er-Natvir.

Fixed a small graphical bug where I didn't quite crop Sedadhum's image perfectly.

Added a +1 possible manufactories slot at T3 to Gor Burad and Ovdal Kanzad. Mostly testing to see if the modifier is balanced or not combared to just +1 availible building slots.

Fixed Verkal Vazkron's T2 upgrade giving an advisor with no type instead of a fortification engineer.

Slightly increased Verkal Vazkron's Fort Defense from 10% to 15% at T3.

Ghelebur Krakdhum now produces glass upon upgrading it to T1, since it's an obsidian forge.

Made it so the Hobgoblin culture group can use Dwarven monuments in the Jade Mines. I didn't do this for all the monuments across the entire Serpentspine as I felt that the requirements window is already getting too crowded. I may change this if there is demand for Hobgoblins to be able to use *everything*.

Removed useless keep triggers for some monuments that caused them to disappear on conquest. They shouldn't do that anymore.

Made all temporary province modifiers into country modifiers where it made sense to have them.

Increased Verkal Gulan's Land Force Limit Modifier from 10% at T3 to 15%.

Made a few other minor changes as well that I forgot to write down.

Finally figured out how to make admirals and generals spawn from a monument. Added a few of those, namely, Eren Jeager in Marrhold (I will continue to add Attack on Titan references to Marrhold) as well as Grun Strongbellow Jr. for Strongbellow Academy in the EoA.

I also added TWO (2) more monuments: Emerald Spire is now separate from Tuad Dumawhatever, and there's a mining settlement in the far back of the Giant's Anvil with a mithril flavored surprise to uncover as it is upgraded. Also gave Tuad new art and made it a garden instead of the Emerald Spire, which as it turns out is not actually located in Tuad but in a nearby province.

All non-hold monuments (there are 4 total) now cost the vanilla amount to upgrade (1000->2500->5000) as opposed to the hold monument cost (1000->3500->7000). Also made the Kronium Throne slightly more expensive to upgrade (10K at T3) since it's the capital hold (and notably more powerful than the other monuments).

New monument! Vurdriz-Andriz (the hold behind Gronstunaad) now has a monument, which now means every single dwarven hold terrain province in Anbennar has a monument.

Also did some minor balance changes, slightly buffed Verkal Skromdihr, slightly nerfed Krakdumvror's rebel suppression.

Marrhold can now be upgraded/used by other underground races like orcs and goblins.

Slightly increased Krakdumvror's Rebel Suppression Efficiency so that doing math in your head about how much of an effect it actually gives to armies suppressing rebels is easier.

did some other minor internal things that have no effect on gameplay.
