[HOTFIX]

Changes:
-Locked submod CIS and Republic ships for the Empire, Rebels, Underworld AI. No more Imperial Tridents, Lucrehulks, etc
-Evened out the BTL-B Y-wing unit cap to 10 Max
-Disabled the CIS Subjugator Super Laser for now due to pathing issues

Fixes:
-Fixed Liberation turret issue (report by Battleship Texas, fix by N1-K0)
-Fixed Republic Secutor 'Full Salvo' logic (when it actually gets it, maybe int he future)
-Fixed hardpoint collision on the Fantail (report by Battleship Texas, fix by N1-K0)
-Added the Victory-II Frigate to the Rebel's and CU's Filter

[MAJOR]

New Additions:
-Added the Valiant-class Star Destroyer to the Republic Hardliner roster. This deadly battlecarrier is effective on its own, but is further supported by a vicious garrison of XB-17 Heavy Bombers and Z-95 CVMRs. Available at Tech 4.

-Added A’Sharad Hett as a Tech 3 hero to the Republic Hardliners (featuring 76 lines of VO). The fallen master roams the wastes of Tatooine, waiting to unleash his rage on the galaxy…

-Added the Delta-7 Light Interceptor to the Republic Hardliners roster (featuring 70+ lines of VO) and the Rebel Alliance if they capture Coruscant. This fast and agile craft has been modernized for the modern battlefield, making it a capable dogfighter with incredible acceleration. It’ll take some work to find them in the wider galaxy, though you can get an early start with Queen Apailana.

Major Changes:
-Continued to flush out Ground Skirmish for the Republic Hardliners enough for it to be called its ‘initial implementation’. Give it a try! (Or stay tuned while I continually add content/polish.)
-Nerfed Major AI buff building (Efficient Procure Center) to provide less Pop Cap
-Tied the Delta-7 and Jedi heroes to a new Space Skirmish research called "Contact Jedi Remnants" for the Republic Hardliners

Minor Additions:
-Added the Clone Engineer to the Republic Hardliners. They’ve been swapped in to accompany the TX-130, AT-TE and A6 Juggernaut Regiments.
-Added Republic Announcer voicelines for Command Posts, Gaining a Planet, Victory and Defeat
-Added unique Engine sounds for the ARC-170
-Added new Starbase Destruction Warning for the CIS

Minor Changes:
-Added Z-95 CVMR Garrison, Tweaked Reaper Squadron to account for that.
Z-95 Stats buff  CVMR 25 -> 30 Shields, 28 -> 35 Health
Reaper Squadron Squadron Size now set to 12
-Added checks for Spar's Venator, Valiant and Fantail's AI logic. They’re now much smarter about using their abilities.
-Added XB-17 to Strike_Unit AI
-Added "ShieldPiercer" property to CIS Overseer and Republic Tector, allowing AI to prioritize hardpoints better
-Added Mara Jade and 181st to Imperial Space Skirmish
-Added CIS and Republic to additional Galactic and Ground based AI decision making logic
-Increased Apailana's garrison and updated her string to reflect her new role
-Increased health and shield stats for the Arquitens, alongside its loadout changes
-Reduced the AI Combat Power on the CIS Saboath so the AI would quit spamming it
-Tweaked Rebel's AI Combat Values in Space Skirmish
-Tweaked ‘Siege Defense’ script in Space Skirmish
-Upped Space Skirmish Akbar's AI Combat Value. The Rebel AI will now utilize him more often.

Fixes:
-Corrected string and inconsistent garrison size on Servator
-Fixed garrison string on Sagoro Autem
-Fixed the Imperial Troop Transport missing its specular texture
-Added Victory-II to Filters, which it was somehow removed from.
-Fixed the Garrison String on Republic Acclamator
-Fixed the Z-95 CVB Garrison referencing the incorrect entry/using the wrong model and stats
-Underworld AI start fixed for the Beginner Webway
-Updated the C-9979 description to include garrison info

And finally, the Big Kahuna, Jeroen- thanks for your texture optimizations for the Valiant and your mentoring on optimization practices. I went through and made edits on several resource hogs that improved performance by a wide margin. I appreciate it!

New Additions:
-Added the Commerce Guild’s Overseer-class Light Cruiser to the CIS. This potent missile frigate provides some much-needed shield penetration for the Separatists and can be fielded in Tech 2.
-Added Kazdan Paratus to the Republic Hardliners (Featuring 40 lines of VO!). This deranged Jedi master is as mercurial as he is potent. He’ll need some additional management to be effective.
-Added the Hardcell Gunboat to the CIS. This sturdy corvette is perfect for harassing larger ships and filling out fleets in the early game. Cheap *and* effective!
-Added the new model and texture for the Victory-II

Major Changes:
-Revamped the Skirmish AI. It’s now capable of upgrading its econ and weapons systems!

Minor Additions:
-Added new Hardpoint type and SFX for "Junk Cannons"
-Added new icon for Sagoro Autem (pour one out for our boy Girabaldi!Autem...)

[HOTFIX]

Fixed:
-Fixed the Standard GC Map not being selectable
-Fixed the Hutt Cartel from gaining max tech after the player hits Tech 2 (!!!). This explains a lot of the balancing struggles...

Changes:
-Staggered the tech level advancements of nonplayable minor factions. They now gain tech at a level one behind major factions
-Reduced the price of the Victory-II by 500 credits and 2 seconds

New Additions:
-The Republic, Empire and Imperial Warlords gain access to the Victory-II Frigate! The BF2 sweetheart makes its debut as a highly effective antifighter vessel with a unique AA missile on its bow.

-The rogue clone, Spar, joins the CIS in Shatterpoint. The Separatist backed claimant for Mandalore is recruitable after capturing the Mandalorian homeworld.

-The grizzled mercenary Cad Bane is now available for hire, recruitable by the CIS in Shatterpoint and by the Criminal Underworld during the GCW era. He’s recruitable anywhere.

Major Changes:
-The Nonplayable Minor Factions (CSA, Hapans, Hutts, Mandalorian, Sith and Imperial Warlords) have had their build times nerfed for both units and buildings. This slows them down but doesn’t cripple them in the long run. Some factions, like the Hutts, will still be a potent force in the outer rim, even in the early game.
-Conversely, the AI of the Galactic Civil War combatants (Empire and Rebels) gained considerable strength in the Imperial Web Way campaigns. This is achieved by AI aggression settings and a buff building, the “Efficient Procurement Center”, which grants discounts to Frigates/Capitals and allows the construction of a single Tech 2 Capital ship so they’re not defenseless. It can NOT be rebuilt and can be (theoretically) rushed to knock an AI out of the war.
Locations for the Empire--> Coruscant, Kuat, Fondor
Locations for the Rebellion--> Yavin, Bespin, Mon Calamari
Now, it’s dangerous to stay on Tech 1 for too long since the AI gets bonuses during it. Tech up and everyone will be on a more level playing field.

Minor Additions:
-The Republic CR-90 gains unique livery
-The Geonosian cruiser gains access to unique Separatist livery

-Upped the Rogue-class Starfighter cap to 20 squadrons (13 --> 20)
-Evened out the Belbullab squadron cap (16 --> 15)
-Reaper Squadron now uses Temuera Morrison VO
- The Republic version of the Lancer in Skirmish is now tied to the "Strength in Tradition" ideology. Eventually, this will be moved to a distinct “Imperial Amnesty” branch.
- Reduced costs for Fighter Squadron heroes by 500 credits and 5 seconds of build time

Fixes:
-Fixed the Point Defense ability not displaying correctly on the Geonosian cruiser
-Fixed improper references for Republic dreadnaught and Fortresses in Shatterpoint campaign
-Damage particles on the default Venator were throwing errors, so I removed the turret fires for now. They should still exist for the Shatterpoint Hero Venator and the Servator
-Fixed a few small references errors in unused files (caused the Dev Debug to go nuts)
-Fixed the Nebulon B frigate text (thanks to the very persistent reporting of this particular issue @Nsx)
