Malakai's army capstone completely reworked. It now provides an ability and two attributes for all Dwarfen flying units.

Fixes:
Gyrocopter and Thunderbarge unit set now contains the Skyhammer, like it should.

Balance:
Malakai's campaign capstone now provides horde growth (this will be reduced next patch) for himself.
Re-ordered the order effects are gained for Malakai's army capstone to missile res → ballistic plating → reload reduction.

Fixes:
Fixed an effect not displaying for Malakai's army capstone skill.
Malakai's army capstone now properly affects all dwarf flying units instead of just Gyrocopters.
Fixed a critical compatibility issue with Firepower (duplicate tables).
Fixed some text issues.

Balance:
Reigned in several outliers in the arena of LL dragon mount melee weapons.

Content:
Updated all DLC 25 and 26 named characters' stats and melee weapons. Note that this comes with a ~10-25% HP increase for most named characters.

Maintenance:
Mod is once again set to 'mod' type.
Fixed some missing weapon entries from a test build which was published recent-ish-ly.
Removed some (truly ancient) deprecated weapon entries.
Franz no longer uses a generic hero melee weapon stat block.

Fixes:
Moved a dummy skill which was causing issues.

Fixes:
Actually completed critical maintenance to file headers this time.

Fixes:
Critical maintenance completed on account of CA deciding to break all file headers with capital letters.

Re-placed the previously moved campaign capstones.

Maintenance:
Critical fault fixed. (Note: Effects reliant on campaign value ranges may or may not still function due to changes in one of the previous patches.)
Due to campaign skill lines being removed from Greasus, Skrag, and Skarbrand, any campaign capstones have been moved elsewhere. I would remove them, but it's not worth the effort.

Fixes:
Moved Thorek's rune magic tree to accomodate DLC25 skills in row 2.

Remembered to re-localize DLC24 unit abilities.
