Tweaks:
-Adjusted AOE falloff, generally speaking, damage is lower on the peripherals.
-Adjusted FoB price to 350. Supply to 100t.
-Increased artillery dispersion. (mortar x2, others x3)
-Doubled artillery aim time.
-Increased MLRS dispersion (Was too low due to a lack of knowledge on my part)
-Slight tweak of terrain protection bonus to make infantry in cover a bit more resilient from HE.
-Readjusted cluster Ap and Napalm's HE damage. Now they deal much less alpha strike damage.

-Another attempt at fixing resupply crashing the game.

Tweak:
-Reduced all AP cluster munition's HE damage to 1. They are still very insanely good against vehicles, but now not so much against infantry.

Fix:
-Fixed critical bug caused by Airfield ammo supply not set to integer of 10.
-Fixed Laser guided bombs' incorrect dispersion and AOE.

Feature:
-Armed transports now have 100kg worth of ammo supply.
-All ammunition supply cost now reflects actual ammo weight.
-Realistic carry capacity for LOG units.
-Logistics units now supply much slower than FOB.
-FOB HP increased to 100, capacity to 200t.

Tweak:
-Plane travel (2 x In, 4 x Out) time increased. Idea is to assume they need to land a virtual airfield 10km away (In game scale).
-Aerial bomb AOE adjusted. Slight increase for smaller bombs,

Fixed Javelin Anti-air Missile being able and only able to fire at ground targets.
