Fix:
-Fixed Vanilla vehicle machine gun's incorrect ROF. They were melting infantry within seconds.

Tweak:
-A general pass on MMGs' accuracy and ROF to make them better at suppression.
-Aim time has been raised for many weapons. (1s => 2s. 0.8s =>2.5s)

Known Issue:
-Machine gun SFX doesn't fit the animation.

Tweak:
-Reduced Road speed bonus across the braod. (60% Vanilla)
-Halved All auto canons' accuracy. They were overperforming. MG accuracy kept vanilla for now, as it's accuracy are for about 2 shots. (For example, M2HB has 7 shots in a salvo, a salvo costs 15 rounds), They might change as well in the future.

Fix:
-Fixed vanilla high caliber machine guns incorrect ammo count after LANNES. Because having 90 rounds in a M113 is stupid.
-Reduced pricing of T80U/M1A1HA tanks by 20pts (I have made this change previously, was reverted due to LANNES)
-Fixed Supply chain priority. Helicopter should supply ground supply units now.
-Fixed BM21 GradV shot pattern.

Tweak:
-Infantry RPGs accuracy reduced a bit across the broad. No more 70% acc RPG29 sniping a jeep moving at full speed 400m away.

Feature:
-Added Coaxial PKT for BMP1PG.

-Fixed SOV, DDR, RFA 120mm mortar teams' incorrect ammo load. (RFA 120mm mortar HUD still shows 107mm tho)
-Supply chain added back.

Tweak:
-Helicopter flying height reduced (100m => 80m). This is to help fixed-mounted gatlings.
-Helicopter near ground height reduced. (15m => 12m)

Fix:
-Fixed Avenger's M3P .50 machine gun, it has Anti-jet capability now.
-Fixed 2a42 and 2a72 cannon ROF. 2a72 used to shoot faster than 2a42.
-Fixed incorrect HP HUD for modded towed mortar units.

Tweak:
-Rangers(US) buffed to 9 men squad with 3 extra M4 carbines.
