Fix:
-Fixed a typo that caused RPG7VR to have 2502m range

Tweak:
-slightly buffed (bad)stealth. All non-recon vehicle will benefit from a bit more stealth.
-slightly buffed (exceptional) stealth to enhance recon squad's capability.
-Panzerfaust3 range reduced to 200m, same as RPG7VR(105mm)
-buffed some ATGMs (Refleks,agona, arkan, kokon, HOT2) range.

Working on:
-small arms stats pass.
-Air combat tweak. (Increasing fighter/interceptor altitude to help them avoid AA better)(a slight buff to Gatling gun range)

Tweak:
-raised PorteeVision(ToGroundVision) to 2800m for all units, SEAD being 4500m. (Need to evaluate hit on performance)
-Ammo supply rate and cost adjusted (600pt/60sup/1sec=>80pt/20sup/1sec), effectively reducing 75% ammo supply cost.

Fix:
-Fixed vanilla small arms' Incorrect bullet type. Large caliber guns should perform better now (it was in reverse in vannilla)


Tweak:
-reduced AS VAL range to 200m, VSS kept at 300 for its scope.
-reduced RPG7VR(105MM-64MM) tandem range to 250m (still kinda stretched for its real range)
-reduced shell velocity for all projectiles. (3x vanilla speed => 2.5x vanilla speed).

-Slightly increased plain terrain stealth bonus.
-Helicopters should be more responsive now.

Feature:
-More victory score options (up to 10000)
-Rearranged income ratio to make the 5 existing options more linear (40%, 70%, 100%, 130%, 160%)
-Purged Harder AI (50% resource bonus maximum), Hardest AI units receive one level veterancy.
-Damaged units will receive more suppression. (10% for each HP loss)

Tweaks:
-Slightly reduced infantry stealth
-Slightly reduced rear shot angles for armored units.

Feature:
-Attack helicopter and Recon helicopter now fly higher (at ~100m), this should better ensure consistency in their LOS. Should also reduce confusion caused by Game visuals when using anti-air units.
Near Ground Altitude fixed at ~5m for all helicopters (Close to vanilla, a bit lower for attack helo and a bit higher for transports).
-Transports & Command helicopters kept their low flight altitude for survivability.

Tweaks:
-Fuel consumption is now halved (2 * Fuelduration)
This is a temporary tweak until I finish logistics, for now this should much alleviate the fuel issue.
