Compatibility update with my other mod Tactician Class Mod.

Fixed an issue where this class would overwrite the dialog for the trader of my other class.

- Added the "!Equilibrist_FriendlyFireOff" and "!Equilibrist_FriendlyFireOn" commands. Type them in the chat (may need to do so twice if you hvent typed anything this session, also dont type the "") to disable and enable friendly fire.

FRIENDLY FIRE OFF:

WILL MAKE THE CLASS VERY STRONG USE AT OWN DISCRETION
- Most chaos skills now can not target and damage allies (chaos skills that might be beneficial to hit allies with can still do so), for example, bouncing sun can not hit or bounce on allies, making it very strong.

- Added translation keys for stats entries, which prevent stuff like Stats_Equilibrist_GuardiansBlessing from showing up and shows a logical string instead.\
- Fixed an issue with spread corruption/hope where corruption/integrity would not update properly and the skill would trigger multiple times
- Fixed a bug where GUardians blessing and decisive insight would show a buff based on your integrity/corruption stacks but for the game calculation it was still counted as having only 1 integrity/corruption.
- Update skill descriptions on Spread Corruption/ Hope

- Now actually fixed the bug that would cause only half of your skills to swap if you had a skill memorized but not on the hotbar. Thanks Shade for helping me finding it!

-Fixed a bug where Fair in Life/ Cheat Death would keep persisting even when chanching skill type
-Bulk up now correctly removes integrity stacks as advertised

-Fixed a bug where the corrupt totem hitting someone with corruption 5 would remove all the stacks.
-Skills that are swapped now correctly swap on any slot on your hotbar and dont move to the leftmost available spot
