Fixed Chronosphere not disappearing if the caster disconnects while their Chronosphere is still active (which also blocks other Chronosphere casting attempts unless game is restarted)
Global Silence and DO NOT USE! now have a kill delay of 0.05s after every 6 kills to prevent crashing

Reworked RNGat's randomizing mechanism - players now have luck stat used by RNGat, which affects the chance of RNGat's effects
RNGat's magma blobs now correctly delete themselves instead of deleting the oldest point of interest available which can break Monkey Bomb or Li'l Arnie
Reduced min and max amounts of grenades in RNGat's Grenade Rain from 3 to 2 and 6 to 4, respectively
Reduced RNGat's Electric Shock radius from 150 units to 100 units
Changed RNGat's Electric Shock target limit from unlimited to 6 targets
Electric Shock now has a 0.05s delay between affecting each target
Reduced RNGat's Speed Boost radius from 150 units to 100 units
Changed RNGat's Speed Boost target limit from unlimited to 6 targets
