No map.lua updates, yet.. Please atleast test those EP1 maps!
* Added a new ConVar to make it so players will respawn instead of the map restarting when everyone dies.

* Made HL2C execute pl:RemoveSuit() or pl:EquipSuit() depending on PLAYER_IS_CITIZEN.

* Player Info is now saved properly! You will keep all your ammo/health/armor on the next level.
* Added ConVar hl2c_0102_shine as a small useless feature. It just makes me a cubemap material.
