* Renamed trigger_collide to brush_playercollide.

* Fixed d1_town_04 not changing to d1_town_05.
* Fixed a few coast levels(Not all levels though).
* Added a trigger_collide which acts like a player clip but doesn't collide vehicles so you have to exit your vehicle(renaming the entity later).
* d2_coast_01 and d2_coast_04 use trigger_collide on the bridge jumps. So exit your vehicle and walk across the broken part of the bridge.
* d2_coast_03's jeep filter removed.
* Made 1 coast level not activate a fade when someone falls in the water.

*Removed Success and Failure sounds. Download the one off GitHub to set these back.
*GM.Name is now "Half-Life 2 Campaign"
*First "public" release
