Sorry for the late fix work-around for d2_prison_06, I've been busy.
* d2_prison_06 now ends when the scene bugs out.

- I've not tested any maps after this one, please test with a Local server so I know what works in Multiplayer and what doesn't.

* Fix for d2_coast_11 didn't work. The level will now be skipped!

* Removed the Friend indicator in Scoreboard due to errors being made.

* Made it so players get kicked and the map restarts when Odessa gets killed.

* The init.lua now removes all fall_trigger triggers.
* Added a new ConVar "hl2c_playermodel_restrictions" so you can choose whether it reads the PLAYER_MODELS table or not read it. This allows servers to toggle whether they want custom playermodels or not.
* Added a new ConVar "hl2c_hev_hands" which will toggle whether the hands are playermodel based or will always be HEV.

* Fixed d1_trainstation_01 making some players spawn somewhere else.
* Fixed d1_trainstation_05 allowing players to move around in last teleport scene.
* Re-added brush_playercollide but named brush_playerclip instead.
* Made it so players become invisible when they are in a brush_playerfreeze entity.
* Removed ep1_ and ep2_ .lua files due to Episodic content not working well in Garry's Mod.

* Fixed a warning message appearing even though PLAYER_IS_CITIZEN is defined.

* Added PLAYER_IS_CITIZEN which changes the player color/colour if set to true or false.
* Replaced brush_playercollide with brush_playerfreeze.
* brush_playerfreeze will freeze players that start touching it and unfreeze when they stop touching it. Useful for scenes that require point_viewcontrol
* d1_trainstation_01 has replaced a checkpoint with a better one and added brush_playerfreeze in GMan scene.
* d1_trainstation_01-05 will now show players in blue until the HEV suit it picked up.
* d1_trainstation_05 has had a checkpoint added aswell as brush_playerfreeze entities added.
* Removed player/citizen glows
* Fixed an error showing up when a player disconnected due to game.IsDedicated having a nil value.

* Added a checkpoint in d1_trainstation_03.
* Fixed d2_coast_10.
* d2_coast_10 can be played again.
* Added 2 client ConVars, hl2c_cl_player_glows and hl2c_cl_citizen_glows.
* Spectator mode is now ROAMING.

* Gamemode name is now Half-Life 2 Campaign and not Half-Life 2 Campaign 1.26 in the gamemode list.
* Fixed more bugs in the coast levels.
* Got rid of brush_playercollide in d2_coast_01 and d2_coast_04.
* Fixed the bridge jumps in the coast levels.
* Added a new spawnable vehicle called "Named Jeep" which has a targetname "jeep".
* d2_coast_10 cannot be played at the moment. You will be skipped to d2_coast_11.
