Updated mod to v5.3 to be compatible with GoH v1.028

-Changed all GD skins.
-Translated previous campaign AI spawn settings into new system, with minor tweaks to spawn timers for attack and defense missions and to accommodate new AI "wave" mechanic.
-Updated mod description on Steam, and placed a text file with additional details in the mod folder the mod installs into.

Edits to Russian MP and spawn rates, hopefully cutting down on the "trickle effect" and making them use bigger waves.

Replaced one medic on PzGdr Command squad with a radioman. If you're not sure why, use his flare gun.


Increased RP for 75mm AT gun to 5. It's a major technology improvement, it shouldn't cost the same as going from a 47mm to a 50mm. It opens up Marders, Stug's, PzIV - a lot of much better weapons. The real goal of the adjusted RP is so the player can customize his approach to tech advancement, while staying relatively true to history and keeping it mostly level with the AI which takes over 100 battles to fully research everything.
