Edited some code to further influence Russians towards infantry and less guns and tanks. This is engineered to have more effect early war and less as the war progresses. By around 30-40 missions you should be seeing more T-34s.

Extended the victory points to win from 1300 to 2000.

Reduced CP cost of Russian infantry units except the worst ones, and reduced MP cost of their worst infantry units.

Command units now grant extra CP, and CP limits of stages 4 and 5 has been reduced.
