Lowered rate of fire for MG42 a bit. The tradeoff of killing power for ammo consumption was too off-center. It's still higher than vanilla but should not run dry as fast.

Granted all GD recon troops the Stealth and Recon Vision perks, and removed the "Recon" perk which was interfering with the other perks. Also gave all GD troops a minor speed boost.

Reduced RP cost of Tiger 1e, removed "elite" Tiger 1 from research. It's nothing more than a normal Tiger 1e with an expert crew, and you don't need that, do you? With the ability to carry crews over from Day 1, your panzer crew were all experts looooong before they mounted up in a Tiger tank.

Rebalanced Manpower gain. It needs to be greater at first while you're building your force, but then gradually taper off. This helps reinforce the point of the mod - not losing units. You always get some for winning a mission, and significant manpower from the Factory mission type, plus you get a smaller amount for the bonus and ammo depot missions as well.
