MokTech Industries - Core v1.8.19

- Changed Causality base ammo to have 40 rounds per mag
- Changed Causality precision ammo to have 60 rounds per mag
- Removed deflecting from vehicle weapons
- Added servicing crates to the Rho-class and fixed wings
- Fixed issues with default Commando Kits, ie. missing ammo and items.
- Lowered the mass of z-6 heavy mag and added them to arsenal
- Rebased the jug and fixed turrets
- Fixed arsenals for x-ray to include uav terminal and dual pistols
- Fixed the pylons on the Rho-class and Nu-class
- Fixed a lot of bugs with x-ray
- Fixed BARC Speeder w/ Strecher. Stretcher is now properly aligned with the side of the BARC Speeder.
- Rotated the drag position of the FOB Base box by 90 degrees to stop player collisions after letting it go.
- Corrected pathing error for the Titan AA launcher so that it is shown in the Fortify menu.
- Corrected pathing error for the Repair Facility so that it is shown in the Fortify menu.
