-added HUD elements for when you place down a buildable trap

the health bar should be self explanatory
if there is a ✗on the top left of the icon, that means the trap requires power
if there is a ✓on the top left of the icon, that means the trap is powered
if there is a [PVS] covering the icon, that means the trap is outside of PVS and is no longer updating on the client
re-entering PVS of the trap will update the health bar accordingly

(sorry, im stupid and dont know how to overcome pvs)

-improved the scaling of buildable part icons at lower resolutions
