  • No need to incorporate the fix from patch 2.4.0 because this mod already fixed that bug a long time ago. :-p
  • Fixed: Upkeep for HI MORRSLIEB and Imperial Dragon was a little too much.
  • New: Knights of Morr are immune to vampiric attrition.

  • New: The dilemmas for Markus Wulfhart will only fire if Empire factions are experiencing the actual problems described in the dilemma.
  • New: Imperial Reinforcements will only arrive if there are any surviving Empire factions.
  • Changed: Marienburg, Golden Order, and Cult of Sigmar are now backing the Expedition.
  • Changed: The retaliation (Children of the Old Ones) will always have the Level 5 Wanted (Condemned) buffs.
  • Changed: it's no longer possible to bypass the building lock by capturing high-level enemy settlements.
  • Changed: research technologies that improve artillery now work on war wagons as well.

  • Fixed: the Retaliation general was getting their level clamped at the WH2 limit.

  • Fixed: Assigning an Elector Count resets the state troops unlocked via vassalage.
  • Fixed: The Summon the Elector Counts button wasn't properly spending prestige.
  • Fixed: An Opportunity for Underdogs isn't supposed to fire the same turn as other Empire political events.

  • Changed: Incidents that lower diplomatic relations with other Electors (Bad Tidings in Stirland, The Countess Denies Us, etc) will lower that faction's fealty as well.
  • Changed: Electors shouldn't try to declare independence unless they have fealty 4 or lower, just like in WH2. (WH3 base game has secession start at 5.)
  • Changed: Engineers' Guild tech provides a 20% research boost, not 10%.
  • Changed: Continuous Production tech is no longer gated by Engineers' Guild.
  • New: Felix & Gotrek will not steal your non-legendary ancillaries when they depart.

  • Fixed: The previous change for unlocking state troops if the associated elector count is a vassal turned out to be too permissive. It's been dialed back a bit: they have to be your vassal and they have to control the capital.
  • Changed: Volkmar starting with Knights of the Blazing Sun might have been too much. Instead, now those Knights of the Blazing Sun replace the regular Empire Knights.
  • Fixed: The Spy Guild now correctly grants vision over your trading partners' territory the way the reward's description says it should.

Reverted the previous "fix" as it caused a hard crash when declaring war by right-clicking on a formerly Imperial-held region.
