Fixed missing clown manual for mime and cultist

Fixed fuel consumption being 5 times higher than intended on the clown reactor exosuit.

Fixed haz/enhanced reactors empty fuel rods popping out onto the floor.

Disabled the carbon dioxide gas cloud to prevent an issue where all o2 on the sub is drained.

Any errors about a missing gas cloud are fine :)

Something stupid update:

I made the "normal" clown crate usable as ammo for the Clownderbuss.

Also note that people can fit inside said crate.

Its as amazing as it sounds ;)

Fixed "metal crate" not being craftable, also added note about pressure resistence.

Minor update of new content.

Clown PDA no longer crashes the game as the bug was fixed in the engine. Is now also craftable at the travelling circus and not the botanist distiller (oops!)

Added a new item, the "normal" metal crate. Based on the new code for the boarding pod this crate allows a clown to hide inside a craft and be carried around. While one can do this with a clown crate its pretty obvious. This "normal" crate however uses the same sprite as the actually normal crates and thus enables the clown to hide everywhere!

You as a clown can turn normal crates into these new crates at no cost.

Husk Diving suit now prevents husks from attacking you.

Keen to hear about balance, might make it require clown power in the furture to function.

Added an exceptionally fun but dangerous item, the Clown Universal Fun PDA.

This item allows you to dynamically access ANY machine with a GUI, storage, fab, medical fabs, engines, pumps, it all works.

WARNING: Due to a game bug if you enter a blank value it WILL crash your game and the game of anyone that picks it up afterwards. This is fixed in the next release of barotrauma.

Updated the Clown Security Helmet to modern baro standards.

Now makes you faster with oxygenite tanks so you can escape security.

Also no longer drains o2 when in a oxygenated room.

Made battery last a lot longer.

Added a Clown Radio Jammer based on the Vanilla one. Useful for stopping security calling for help or for pranking the crew harmlessly.
