General:
Slight translation improvement for a name.
Added a translation for the Ironpick surname (might be restricted to Brokk Ironpick, I don't remember).

General:
Found the names file and now all of the short Legendary Lords/Heroes actually use their previously translated names.
Incorporated new grammar and vocabulary that flat out didn't exist before DLC23 into the translation process.
Several war machine translations altered to be less literal. This ought to be of great benefit when differentiating between Chorf trains.
