[Technical] Added a butchered version of DrunkFlamingo's Allied Tomb King's Outpost fix script with most kind permission. Hopefully it still works after I ran my grubby paws over it. This means outposts will grant equivalent unit caps for the settlements they are built in. I'll write a more detailed description later. Or steal DrunkFlamingo's.
[Chaos] Removed caps for the Warband recruitment units. Hopefully. I can't play right now beyond checking if the game loads or doesn't load, so you have to let me know if I missed something.

[Lizardmen] Made Pools of Itza bonus cap Lizardmen only (so happy I can fix this stuff, finally) (credit to lmms94 for the report).
[Kislev] Added some landmark caps (credits to Kyle and SassyAsses for the reminder to get this done).
[Bretonnia] Fixed broken Knights of the Realm cap used by Alberic (credit to Tears of Destiny for the report).

[Technical] Renamed a couple of effects to shorten them without losing clarity. Hopefully nothing broke.
[Text] Fixed typo for Katarin's bonus cap (credit to @predator246 for the report).
[Empire] Made flavourful changes to Volkmar and Franz's bonus caps based on feedback (thanks to @Citrus).
[Wood Elves] Made flavourful changes to Orion's bonus caps based on feedback (thanks to @Citrus).
[Tzeentch] Incorporated Community Bugfix fix for exalted flamers' threat ranking (credit to @Flying Fox for the report).

Added support for the new game 3 races and legendary lords.
Recalculated caps for Cult of Pleasure's namesake building chain with the new daemon units, and added daemon caps.
Removed the backend support for Beastmen.
Rewrote the Warriors of Chaos cap support. The current system for Gifted units is PLACEHOLDER ONLY until I work out a better system.
Redid Vampire Counts caps for the recruitment rework.
Alarielle gets fewer Sisters of Avelorn from her Handmaidens building, but gets Treemen and Treekin caps in exchange.
New Feature: Faction and race specific caps (this cannot be backported to game 2)
-Removed Corsair caps from appearing on buildings not owned by Dark Elves
-Removed Tiranoc Chariot caps on the City of Bronze landmark for non-High Elves
-In the High Elf Hunters building chain, separated Alarielle's caps from other High Elf factions. Alarielle now gets reduced Great Eagle caps in exchange for Treekin caps.

AND lots of other stuff that I didn't keep track of.
